Information About Online Product Returns

We appreciate your business and stand behind the quality of the products we sell. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of purchase at info@bowiesalonandspa.com or call or text us at 206-568-3300. After this time, all sales are final.

To return or receive a refund, all Products must be unopened and resalable to receive your money back; otherwise, an exchange may or will be offered.

Bowie Salon LLC retail rewards program policy

Earn 1 Point for each retail dollar spent. Redeem 500 points for 10% off.

Points from purchases will be posted to the Participant’s account approximately the day of the purchase date, delivery date, and shipment date. Points are based on net dollars spent on qualifying purchases or other qualifying behaviors. For promotions with a percentage of dollars off, points will be based on members' pay.

  • Bowie Salon LLC reserves the right to change the number of points awarded for purchases at any time during the Program.

  • Bowie Salon LLC may make promotional offers selectively available to Participants based on purchase activity, geographic location, program participation, or other factors.

  • Points expire twelve (12) months after the calendar month in which they were earned.

  • If a Participant believes that points were not properly credited to his/her Account, the Participant must notify Bowie Salon LLC by sending an email to: info@bowiesalonandspa.com
